Check-in is possible between 3pm and 9pm at the château reception.
In the event of late arrival, please inform the team in advance so that we can inform you of the arrival procedure.

What time should I leave my room?

Check-out time is 11am.
Late check-out until 13:00 can be arranged on request and subject to availability.

Is breakfast included?

Depending on the price you choose, breakfast may be included or offered at an additional cost.
Breakfast is served in the château's historic rooms, often by the fireplace, between 7am and 10am.
The buffet includes pastries, cheese, cold meats, fruit, yoghurt, hot drinks and juices.

Is there a restaurant at Château du Pont d'Oye?

The château does not have a permanent traditional restaurant.

a 24-hour Honesty Bar offering drinks and dishes prepared by our catering partner
there are several restaurants nearby, including a bistronomic restaurant just a few minutes' walk away.

Can I use the wellness facilities during my stay?

Yes, Wellness Nature is located at the back of the château, in the heart of nature.
